Course Registration Policy
To avoid confusion, please carefully read our registration policy. If you have any questions or concerns, one of our staff members would be more than happy to assist you.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
- Refunds will be given for cancellations in writing 4 weeks prior to the training, subject to an administration fee.
- If your fees have not been paid and you are cancelling, you are still liable for the administration fee
- Please note that if you register for the training or workshop, and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the period stated above.
- If you register after the course registration deadline (4 weeks prior to course start date), your tuition is non-refundable, however a delegate substitution can be made at anytime.
- Registrations will be accepted 1 week prior to the course start date
- All discount credits for training must be redeemed prior to January 1st, 2011
